Vu has the worst customer service. Sometimes it's like they doing fraud. There is an issue with backlight. We asked them service it, they asked 2000 rs, later they changed it to 6000 then 12000 and 35000. They want to loot us. They never come on time. Finally they placed the backlight and it got repaired again. Now they charged 6000 rupees and again it got repaired. Mrs sabapathy from chennai and mr basha have absolutely no worries. They just tell customer to buy new tv. I am from pondicherry, in my street there are 25 houses have vu tv and everyone has the defect. Thier executive come to our house and tell it's the issue with everyone what can they do. They are such irresponsible people. Vu is worst do not buy. When people like sabapathy and basha are in top hierarchy and they don't care about customers. Hope vu find better product and better people..
