Vu Televisions — VU televisions is fooling customers in the name of their new customer policy

I have purchased VU Smart LED TV on 9th March, 2020 and it was installed successfully by the engineer at my home address in Noida Sector- 24, Near ESIC Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. From yesterday, there is a display problem in TV that sometimes LED brightness automatically decreases and after 5-10 minutes there is a black blank screen on tv occurs only sound is coming . When we restart the TV it runs normally for 5-10 minutes and again the same black screen occurs. Earlier it has a sound problem but your service team has fixed it properly. Hopefully this time your team helps me again.I am an office person so it was not so easy to be available the whole week so it is my request to please send your engineer during the weekend days Saturday/Sunday. I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible and send an engineer to fix the problem because I have not expected such issues from a brand like VU. Waiting for a positive response. I have attached invoice copy of my VU Smart TV. please find enclosed attachment.

I have sent this email to vu televisions regarding default in product and my product was out of warranty period hence they demanded 800 rs. fees for visit of their service executive at my home place in their reply which is as follows:-

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Vu Televisions for our service support .
We have received a service request for the non-working of your Vu TV model No. LED32-OA
As you are aware and as per our records your Tv is not under Warranty or / any AMC agreement.
For our customer care engineer to personally visit and to identify the problem and for logging a chargeable service call, you need to pay the visit & inspection charges of Rs 800/-

( Terms and conditions applicable.)

Chargeable Call Terms & Conditions :

Please note that the first visit / inspection charges are non-refundable for the below points:

a. The call is cancelled on your request.

b. If the part / panel charges are not accepted later.
The exact cost of repair will be communicated to you after the inspection for repairs and or replacement of parts and the exact amount payable will be communicated to you.

Which will include - parts, labour and logistics charges. Once we receive the part payment confirmation we will repair the TV by changing the parts as required.

Later they have send their executive and told me that he will send me quotation details of my TV regarding the cost of defected part of my TV. and after 2 days I have received their mail in which they have demanded RS. 12000/- for replacement of defected part of TV ...

I have purchase the TV at price of Rs. 9999/- and these idots are demanding Rs. 12000/- for a defected part of my TV .. what is this ? I have visited some other places and came to know that the defected part is hardly cost about rs.[protected] only so it is clear that Vu televisions is a big thug who is looting millions of customers .. boycott this third class company.
