Dear team,
As I have logged a complaint with VU tv for a television display issue they have charged 800 rs.
After talking to the service advisor, Technician came to inspect the TV and he doesn't have any understanding of what is the issue, he thought its a new installation. he has spoken to someone from the office and decided it is a backlight issue. After that are unable to provide the Service, as the backlight is not available as of then due to the tv model being old. I brought the Tv around 24k around 6 years back.
Why are they selling old and outdated products, releasing the products into the market without spare parts availability is a lousy option.
Customer care team (Namita Jaiswal)response is very bad, while I was talking she disconnected my call. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I request the consumer forum team to support and save consumers from such cheaters like vu tv. Was this information helpful? |
