I had bought VU 50INCH LED on 26th of January 2022 from Kohinoor, Mira road. I asked for the same day delivery or next day delivery because I wanted to fabricate my wall mount stand.. this was clearly communicated to the store sales manager. I had also asked if there was only a mount stand available, so that the delivery can be recd next week as well. It wasn't a problem then.. they said the stand is inside the box and we need to remove it from that only.
I got delivery the next day.. the installation guy called me and I clearly mentioned that I do not need to install my tv, I just need the Mount stand from the box..so it's okay if you don't come. I will give vu a call when I need to install tv.
In both these cases neither of the person (sales guy from Kohinoor or the installation guy from vu) informed us that we can't open the box on our own. On 5th of January i called the vu services for installation and the guy came. He removed the tv.. tore the battery seal..put the battery by himself in the remote control, switched on the TV.. the panel is gone.. he accepted that the previous day he faced the same issue.. we raised a complaint.. but no response. We spoke to Kohinoor, even they raised a complaint but no response.. finally they called saying we can repair it but there's a charge of 28000 that u need to pay. I am very upset with Vu services.. as a customer I never knew I can't open the box. Either of the cases they should have atleast informed me.. if this matter won't resolve, i am going to tweet this issue and put it on social media so evryone will get idea of what vu does to it's customers.. furious Was this information helpful? |
