I purchased a plot in Bachupally Paradise Phase VI in 2013. I just got to know that the people who purchased plots in Bachupally Paradise Phase I, II, IV, V started an association and doing their own development for their ventures. If anyone from Phase VI and Phase III, please send me a message and let us create an association for Phase VI and Phase III development. We can appoint one of the member as a treasurer and can start the development.

My plot is situated at shamshabad airport paradise deluxe (Near jp darga) at sangem village & g. P. Keshampet (M), mahabubnagar district.

On 20th jan 2018, i visited my plot. The marking stones...

I have purchased one plot in sap ii paradise of vvr in 2008....

I have purchased 300 square yards form vvr housing pvt ltd owned by mr vasudevarao in shamshabad paradise 2 near jp durga, hyderabad. Documents are with me. But today all plots mixed and agriculture is going on, the farmers said he has not paid their dues, that so the site will not be given. Which is a fraud, we may raise a police complaint against vasudevarao and murthy. Please do needful

My name is jagan kumar avula. I have purchased a plot in 2008 at vvr housing pvt. Ltd. Represented by its managing director v. Vasudeva rao, s/o (Late) sri. V. Ranga rao.

My plot is situated at shamshabad airport paradise deluxe (Near jp darga) at sangem village & g. P. Keshampet (M), mahabubnagar district.

On 24th mar 2018, i visited my plot. The marking stones are removed by somebody for all most all plots. Venture's main gate also stoles. No security personnel was presented there.

Beside my plot, agriculture is going on. Whereas, it was also shown as a plot in the layout.in between the venture also, agriculture is going on. Whereas, as per the layout, everything has been converted into plots.

Developments such as marking stone, roads, drainage, electricity, fencing (For the complete venture), etc... That are mentioned in the brochure are not found.
I have met mr. Mohanty who is presently taking care of this company. I met 3 to4 times every time he says we are looking up looking but nothing has resolved till now.

I request you please take a complaint against the vvr's md v. Vasudeva rao and mohanty protect us by ensuring the plots are handed over to the buyers in a proper way.

Doct. No 2796/2013, plot no 178, bachupally paradise (Phase-vi) at nalthur.

Fake registration certificate given and i payed amount by loan in same company. So need sufficient action to get back my property or money i lost.

So i need your support complaint should be resolved in fast manner and investors get benefit from this fraud.

For public cheaters also punished in the same manner how bank cheaters punished by law.

I have purchased plot in VVR paradise, Nalthur, Bachupally and it was registered as well.
Please suggest on how i should proceed with this and help me to send a notice to VVR housing, Hyderabad.
If anyone see this message and bought the plot in the same venture, please include me in your groups to fight against this fraud company.

I have purchased plot in vvr paradise, nalthur, bachupally and it was registered as well. Now when i went there to visit my plot, that is occupied back by farmers and they claim that vvr is fraud and they've not settled back the money with them that's why they took it back and removed all the borders and started rice crop. I can't get hold of vvr contact numbers as their numbers no more working. I have put all my 5 years salary in this plot...

I have a plot bought in 2008 at vvr shamshabad sap-111 behind j, p darga. I visit the site on 15th august 2017, but there is no layout know. I dont see any stones, gate or board of vvr housing pvt ltd. I can see some farming being done in the layout the farmer. I had paid full amount to vvr when i purchased the plot. I have the registration papers i do not know how to go about it if anyone has a clue can you please reach me on [protected].

We purchased a plot in 2011 in vvr housing pvt ltd in beachpally gardens. Madhavi and prasad are the mediators they took money from my mom and they even didnt did registration of the plot till 2012 as saying some crow stories and at last in 2017 they occupied the same land. Like they kept there some one else and saying that this is the others land as vvr didn't payed total amount to the landlords that's y they occupied. And we are not responsible...

My husband bought a land in bangalore hills, tubinakera, malur taluk, channapatna in 2011, registartion not done yet. He paid 2l, unfortunately my husband passed away. I don't know anything abt this land. I tried to contact vasu, he said will do the registration, after that iam not able to reach him. Recently i went to check the property where it is located, but there was no such project, i enquired the village people there, nobody knows anything abt the project. We hv been cheated. I tried all the phone contacts reg vvr housing, all the connection r not working. I don't know how to get the money back.
If anyone could help me, kindly let me know.

I have purchased a land of vijayawada gardens near badarugudem telaprolu krishna distt at the rigistration time land is is shown but subciquentely land is not there vvr employs i.e stayanarayana, padmavathi, late mahindra, arjuna raoa and mahanthi tell the stories day by day please see the matter with higher managingg staff.
