Iam writing this on behalf of bachapally paradise plot buyers.

Sir, we are the victims of VVR housing, they sold me plots and given the registration documents but plots not handover properly..still even afer 10 years we dont have access to visit our plots.. because of difference between the landowner and VVR Company.. in between we buyyers are suffering.. please do justice sir.

The formers who sold their land to vvr housing and which was sold by vvr to the customers to an extent of 600 members and handed over them their respective sale deeds ARE encroaching the plots.

coowners are requested to contact me over my mail nabhamlegal of gmail. there is a meeting at plot no.360, sai township, manneguda, near rta office on 16.4.2023. all are requeste to attend and take decision to approach court and get stay.

About 600 persons purchased plot in survey no.67 of sangem village, keshampet mandal, r r dist. and all got sale deeds. the land owners/ farmers encroached our plots unauthorisedly.

Apart from the main cheater vaka vasudeva rao, main cheater, one agent called JAGU RAMA KRISHNA, belongs to KAKINADA had cheated me, my relatives, my friends by intentionally in bachupally paradise layout to make some money by selling disputed plots.

he now ran way to Kakinada and doing layouts and still cheating many. his mobile is ringing but not lifting. if any one knows his mobile number please share me. i will go to kakinada along with my people.

dont believe this cheater.. he is master minded in cheating with very polite look

I purchased a plot in SAG -III in VVR Housing near Sangem Village. There is no development and all the plot numbers have been demolished also the compound wall.

Purchased a plot at Srikakulam residency township in 2011. They promised to develop the site in 24 months. Till now there's no development. No body is responding to queries.

I purchased a plot in Bachupally Paradise Phase VI in 2013. I just got to know that the people who purchased plots in Bachupally Paradise Phase I, II, IV, V started an association and doing their own development for their ventures. If anyone from Phase VI and Phase III, please send me a message and let us create an association for Phase VI and Phase III development. We can appoint one of the member as a treasurer and can start the development.

I want approval layout plan of vvr kurnool township near orvakal

I have purchased 300 square yards form vvr housing pvt ltd owned by mr vasudevarao in shamshabad paradise 2 near jp durga, hyderabad. Documents are with me. But today all plots mixed and agriculture is going on, the farmers said he has not paid their dues, that so the site will not be given. Which is a fraud, we may raise a police complaint against vasudevarao and murthy. Please do needful

My name is jagan kumar avula. I have purchased a plot in 2008 at vvr housing pvt. Ltd. Represented by its managing director v. Vasudeva rao, s/o (Late) sri. V. Ranga rao.

My plot is situated at shamshabad airport paradise deluxe (Near jp darga) at sangem village & g. P. Keshampet (M), mahabubnagar district.

On 24th mar 2018, i visited my plot. The marking stones are removed by somebody for all most all plots. Venture's main gate also stoles. No security personnel was presented there.

Beside my plot, agriculture is going on. Whereas, it was also shown as a plot in the layout.in between the venture also, agriculture is going on. Whereas, as per the layout, everything has been converted into plots.

Developments such as marking stone, roads, drainage, electricity, fencing (For the complete venture), etc... That are mentioned in the brochure are not found.
I have met mr. Mohanty who is presently taking care of this company. I met 3 to4 times every time he says we are looking up looking but nothing has resolved till now.

I request you please take a complaint against the vvr's md v. Vasudeva rao and mohanty protect us by ensuring the plots are handed over to the buyers in a proper way.

Doct. No 2796/2013, plot no 178, bachupally paradise (Phase-vi) at nalthur.

Fake registration certificate given and i payed amount by loan in same company. So need sufficient action to get back my property or money i lost.

So i need your support complaint should be resolved in fast manner and investors get benefit from this fraud.

For public cheaters also punished in the same manner how bank cheaters punished by law.

I have purchased plot in VVR paradise, Nalthur, Bachupally and it was registered as well.
Please suggest on how i should proceed with this and help me to send a notice to VVR housing, Hyderabad.
