I had invested in two flats of supertech limited romano when i received an offer of 7.75% discount from helios developers but when time came for payment of this discount amount the started delaying and then asked me to invest in one more property to adjust the outstanding discount amount. But in spite of adjusting the old discount amount my 3rd investment discount amount become outstanding. Like this he fooled me to invest in 5 property of supertech limited one after another and all are flop. I am following up for my discount and credit note amount from past 4years and now he is absconding and not responding to my calls or emails. I come to know kamal wadhawa use to fool public like this by opening different company in different name or by getting associated with different builders. Also i heard he had closed his company helios developer and opened another company and after fooling people from that new company again another company he opened that is in the name of property 30 and even property 30 also closed and now this person become a builder and opened a construction company some where outside of ncr. Kamal wadhawa has closed his noida office without any notice and absconding. I am trying to contact kamal wadhawa over phone/whatsapp no +91-[protected] but this fraud is not picking my calls or not responding to my messages. If any one can provide me this fraud address, i wanted to handover this fraud to police. I come to know that this fraud kamal wadhawa had opened few more company before helios developer also and fooled/cheated public like this to make money. Please don't deal with the company or organisation where kamal wadhawa is a owner/director/employee/broker/agent or associated in any manner.

We had booked a flat in dlf woodland heights bangalore through helios developers in november 2013. Against the booking, they offered a discount of 2% and a 40 inch led tv as incentive. They have honored their commitment of the 2% discount but to this day have not given us the 40 inch led tv. We have been following up regularly and they have been asking for time because of the difficult times faced by the realty sector.

Very recently, a new person who took over from the previous person has found fault (No company stamp, signatures of team leader and inventory manager missing) with the declaration form on which the promise of the tv was made.

We find this to be in extremely poor taste and are therefore approaching you for redressal.

Me(Deepak Bindra) and my brother(Vishal Bindra) bought flat in Logix zest Sector 143 Noida from helios developers in year 2012. Helios committed me to pay back 1% on credit note after 20% payment done to Logix.I made 20% payment to Logix on Mar 2013. Since then i am following up on phones / mails to get my 1% payment. I have done countless calls and 50+ mails to [protected]@heliosdevelopers.com / Naveen([protected]@heliosdevelopers.com) / Naresh([protected]@heliosdevelopers.com) / Rekha([protected]@heliosdevelopers.com) / [protected]@heliosdevelopers.com Every time i get excuses like 'payment yet to received from jaypee', 'cheque ready but no signature', 'next month', 'next week', 'authorized signatory out of town' etc etc. We're fed up of all follow up with helios. Its really height now. I don't know when they will provide our cheques. Attached is the credit note which they gave us.

I purchased an apartment No.WLK 092 at Woodland Heights, Bangalore, in Nov'13. But till date the commission rebate have not been paid.Though it was due for payment in May'14 Only giving assurance that the payment will be made soon. Often avoiding phone calls.Several letters were also left with no reply.

I book an apartment in DLF Woodlnd Heights in Electronic City area, Bangalore, in December 2013 and A sales commission of 2.73% of the sale value is issued by their sales manager Mr. "Rajdeep Nagayach" to be fulfilled by Apr-2014. Since then I am following up with Helios and their customer support but with no success. They initially asked different documents and then in Jan-2015 they confirmed me Cheque will be issued by Apr-2015 (after following up with them for 1 year). But again they went in silent mode with no responses from their end. I Have booked a flat in DLF Woodland height WLL014 in december 2013 and reffered one my friend also to book the flat and he also booked in DLF Woodland height WLN093. While booking Helios executive promised me of credit note of 1% for my flat and credit not of 3% for my friend flat. During the booking they told me that once 25% payment is paid then i will receive the credit note amount. We have made 25% payment in the month of march and from that time i am following with them for the credit note. They have asked the payment receipt so many times and i have provided also but still they didn't clear the credit note. Till now i have made the payment more than 80% but didn't get the credit note. When ever i call they tell next month it will be done but next month becomes next month. Now i am feeling being cheated by helios developer. I have send so many mails to Kamal Wadva(CEO of Helios Developer) regarding this issue but didn't receive a single reply. I was surprised that even CEO of this company behaves similar way how other executive behaves. I will not suggest any of my friend to book any flat through Helios Developer. It was very bad experience booking through Helios Developer. Alok

I am Raghunandan and i am from Bangalore and these Helios Developers company was started in bangalore 2013 January and i joined this company by 8th April 2013 and this company made me very high in terms of incentives will be paid on time and salaries on time but after 6 months we all Employees came to know its a big Fraud company and fake promises from the Company end and the people were KAMAL WADHWA[Big time thief and Fake promises], CHANDINI BUBBER[Fake Promises], SUDIPTO BISWAS[Fake Promises to clients and local channel partners in Bangalore and smart cheater] so because of these fake people our harden money is no more in the stage to get setteled and these all dogs have run away from Bangalore and they have closed the branch in bangalore, and also i have a proof in mail that they will settle the incentive but its almost one year time he doesnt have money to settle our small incentive which we have earned and the company ceo and other senior members are big time Frauds and Thieves after lookng at this comments even still they dont settle then definitely i will think i have feeded a road dog in the streets.

Hi all, My friends as an ex employee to this company i would like to take all your attentions towards the company financial standings.. THIS COMPANY IS SINKING..and my advise please.dont sail on the sinking boat..the most unprofessional person is Mr. Kamal Wadhwa CEO or i must say very professional. Miss Shipra Choudhary.H.R to this company. anyhow coming to the point..My friends kindly check your PF account online. And you will stun to see, Now see your salary slip. the contribution done by you as per the PF head is Rs.1800/- but in your EPF passbook is it will show your contribution is Rs 780/- where is your hard earn money is going. Ask Your CEO or HR head. This is only the one example there are lot of others examples which i can reveal. All tours of Mr.wadhwa and his so called HR manager and Marketing head comes from. i know its all personal but if it is personal then it should be keep personal not in the office. This company is running out of funds. They do not have money to pay their dues. I have sent a legal notice for the due payments since one year. Please find below the invoices and amout detail. 1. Invoice – CM/240/[protected] Rs. 43820. 2. Invoice – CM/210/[protected] Rs. 17000. Not recommended to do any kind of business with this company. Company name : - Helios Devolopers or Jaypee Boutique.

I have booked one apartment in DLF Woodland Heights Bangalore Ref -WLK 092 on 30.11.2013. The Sr.Manager and the Manager Sales assured me in writing a commission (Demand Note) and a Television Set (For early booking), on completion of payment of 25% of the total price which I have duly paid by Apl'14.
Since then I am running after them but to no avail till date.(03.09.14)

It is surprising that how an ISO[protected] certified company giving false assurance to the customers, even in writing to grab them.
Even they do not reply to the e mails send on different dates.They also do not respond to the telephone calls, when the booking is done and the customer is in pocket.
It is expected that the Helios Developers authority would take immediate steps to the matter and reply at the earliest.
I like to draw attention to all concerned dealing with Helios Developers.

They promised me the discount after 25% payment payment (paid 32.5%). After the payment when i claimed the discount, they started asking many papers, though at the sale meeting they were even ready to adjust the discount before 25% payment. Now for 3 months am sending them email & non of the HO staff is responding.The sales representative always gives excuse that they haven't received commission from DLF.

Beware of Helios Developers. They have committed me to pay the discount once I will make 30% payment for my Logix Zest unit which I have bought through Helios Developers. They have given me a credit note for the same as well. It has been more than 1.5 years I have paid 90% amount to Logix and still following up with Helios for my credit note payment with no positive response..

Just purchased my new home at Noida Expressway with the help of Helios Developers and the experience was better than what I expected. The sales executive knew what he was selling, plus his attitude was quite professional which I really appreciate. I will surely recommend this realtor if you are planning to purchase a property in Noida....

This is to bring in notice that Helios Developers doesn't give salary for the month in which sales of an individual is 0 or less than the set target. The company gives the reason that since sale is 0 hence no salary will be given. On the other hand, there are few employees, who are in sales sometimes do sales sometimes don't do sales, but company not only give them salary, provides them leisure also e.g. foreign trips, expensive house rent, shoppings, movies etc. The company is false at its commitments. They release the brokerages in 2 years. They don't have any sensible calculation for the justification of salary. they say to do 5 times of the salary amount. No issue, we agree that 3 times, 5 times or 8 times of salary is considered for salary justification. But check this calculation: employee's salary; 25, 000/- p.m. Justification to do: 1, 25, 00, 000/- guys, is 1.25 CR 5 times of 25, 000/- or 500 times of 25, 000/-? As per universal calculations, 5 times of 25, 000/- is Rs. 1.25 lakhs. that means an employee has to save this much amount out of the brokerage so that the company can make its revenue. But, logically speaking, when we people do even 1 cr then the company saves atleast 3 lakhs, and in this condition also, company deducts the salary thinking that the employees are fool and they can't do anything. They know very well that it's illegal. Its natural to see once or twice a year any sales performer to be at 0 sales, in this case, the company ignores the business of entire year and rudely holds the salary. They keep on wasting time one by one saying, " main kamal sir se baat karti hun, main chandni se baat karti hun'' etc. etc. Wrong working for salary calculation. Moreover, The company never gives incentives in a single go. they pay incentives in 3 years which is not full again. To calm the employees frustrations, they throw the parties. Good idea. One thing I never understood, what is the role of Chandni Bubber here? She doesn't do sales. Even when she was in sales, she hardly managed to get 1 sales in 3 months. Everyone knows, she didn't had issues like salary holdings. Everyone knows why. Silently, she is the managing director to the company, without having real estate knowledge, without having business knowledge. No justifications. One sales employee gets 15% hike on existing salary for doing hard work for the entire year and gives 16 crores business to the company, while on the other hand, Ms Shipra (best friend to chandni bubber), enters into the organization @10, 000/- per month and at the end of year, she has been provided a hike of Rs. 17, 000/- per month. we never understood how the organization justifies the hike of 17, 000/-. These two girls only do waste of time. Neither they have minds nor they have ethics. Both have been provided BMW as cab, house rent, dine out expenses, foreign trips like Dubai. Brokers ko to dene ke liye paise hote nahi hai lekin dubai ghoomane ke liye bahut paise hain. Wadhwa ji, pls wake up and stop this nonsense. Focus on business man. Can't you see, these two stupid girls are good for nothing to the organization. & stop this salary holdings type cheap acts. I welcome the employees of helios to share with their problems freely. Their issues will be resolved and kept secret.

It has been more than 6 months I have paid 30% amount to Jaypee and till now I have made more than 50% payment and still following up with Helios with no positive response.

This company get the work done but after get the work done the company not pay the salary to the employee.

Please beware from Helios developers for booking of flat.I have book two through them and they commit me the discount of 3% .I am followup from last six months but they have not paid me yet.
