this company is doing fraud. taking money 500 from everyone and then say work accuracy is not 80%. they will never provide you error report as its their terms and conditions. Only fake company have terms like this because they don't have any QC team or any team. They will say they will provide you payment proofs . Please open those proofs and check, those are also fake.
