I'm writing this complaint against Wakefit.co, as they fail to refund my money, which I used to book Wakefit Andromeda Queen Size Sheesham Bed with Storage . Order number : ORDER202210voqbhm
Due to their long delivery time, i.e. proposed delivery 60 days, I cancelled the order on 9th october-2022. As per their cancellation policy, I was supposed to receive my refund amount in 2 business days, but since then I've been calling them for an update.
It has been around 40 days sine 9th October but nu refund has been provided, I have raised this issue to escalation team and grievance officer.
I want to raise an alarm about this un-ethical company and request the authorities to take legal action against them. Companies like these, who trouble the public, should not be allowed to do business in this country.

You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipment.
Refund Mode and Duration:
Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID, within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.
