I'm writing this complaint against Wakefit.co, as they fail to refund my money, which I used to book Wakefit Andromeda Queen Size Sheesham Bed with Storage . Order number : ORDER202210voqbhm

Due to their long delivery time, i.e. proposed delivery 60 days, I cancelled the order on 9th october-2022. As per their cancellation policy, I was supposed to receive my refund amount in 2 business days, but since then I've been calling...

On 04/06/2022 I have order for Naper Model Sofa Set from Wakefit online store at Koramangala, Bangalore. They promised to deliver the producte within 1 month. On 27/06/2022 damaged sofa sets were delivered and upon refusal to take the delivery of the product they took back. No information was provided by them regarding the product. Upon various calls to the Customer Care they gave us option either to claim refund or wait for another month...

I have purchased this mattress from flipkart website on 05th December 2021, and not happy with quality, getting heating issues & back pain with mattress.

As per wakefit policy (attached) If the return request is initiated within
the 100-day trial period, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Now, this mattress is purchased from Flipkart and you are saying that 10
days...

My mattress is not being replaced by Wakefit and I am also being harassed mentally. This company should be fined for mentally harassing me. Wakefit member are really uneducated person and not behavior person.
