I called Wallmantra regarding purchase of some items on 29th Spe'22. I needed those items on urgent basis. They said it takes 7 days to deliver any item from date of placing the order. I placed my order on 29th Sep itself and total bill amount was 8738 but haven't received items yet except one which is worth rs 999. And that is also very cheap in quality. We can buy that in local market in below 500rs. Among 3 items, one they shipped yesterday. They don't value customers time and money. Their delivery partners are even more worst.
It seems Wallmantra have very slow and unorganized processes in terms of handling the orders. We don't recieve proper updates regarding orders. Also since 8 days thier call center no. Is off so you can not contact them to know the order status. Worst site, worst experience ever. Was this information helpful? |
