As a loyal customer, I had placed my trust in WallMantra and its founders, Jitesh, Shivam, and Kundan, based on the reputation of your products and services. However, this experience has shown a complete lack of consideration for your customers' needs and concerns. I had purchased the World Map Backlit Wood Wall Décor / Night Light with the intention o[censored]sing it in my office, and it was a crucial element in my office setup. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has halted my work, as I wanted to put up the map before proceeding with the painting.
