On Nov 3rd 2023, placed and Order with Order #83605 through Wallmantra website for a Canvas printed painting with a value of Rs 1924.

As of today(15th Mar 2024) the product has not be delivered.

Have raised a complain with a ticket ID 107241 and subject "Re: Your WallMantra order has been received!" on 15th Nov 2023. No response either

Placed an prepaid order on 29 Nov 2023 of value 6543. No updates on order, no refund, no delivery. Customer care is not responding and website used to say they will refund. but nothing is happening., I want my hard earned money back.Please help

We placed an order on June 2023 with Wallmantra and returned the product because it was of poor quality. However it has been several months ans we havent received the refund yet. They don't repond to whatsapp messages and they don't have customer care number.

I bought a wallclock on wallmantra.com and paid them online Rs 2944.
my order id is WM8321637. they are not responding, they have justing given whats app number and donot give proper response.

Hello, I just want to warn that Wallmantra is a fake and fraud company. Its been more than 1 month I ordered a coffee table online but still its not delivered and the status is showing 'Processing'. They don't reply to the emails, whatsapp and dont pick the customare care number. They just harass the customers. Dont get into the trap of 20 percent discount. I checked they dont have a store in Noida at the address specified in their website. Their website should get closed ASAP.

I ordered photo frame of loard Ganesha for my house warming function. Order is submitted on 14th October and expected to deliver in 10 days as per their policy. But order is still in progress and there is no way to contact customer care, I tried to reach out them on email, whatsapp and call but nothing works. I want my order to be delivered earliest and return my money.

I had ordered a bathroom cabinet and the unit sent was in a very pathetic condition. OLD, Broken, rusted and absolutely worst.
The customer care service never respond in any platform - Email, Whatsapp, toll-free number, instagram or anywhere !!!
I have been following up almost 2months now and my money is just stuck. They are simply fraudulent company.

I ordered two products from them - WM8317714_1 and WM8317714_2. A clock and a table. The clock was delivered but it was not working. So I asked for replacement and it was sent again but this time the design was not as per the images in the website. So I asked for replacement again. Since then I have not heard from them. The table is not delivered yet and its been two months. There is no way to communicate with them. No one responds on whatsapp or emails. My approx Rs 10, 000 is stuck with them. Not sure what to do to get the refund from these fraudsters.

I placed order on sept 2, 2 items were shipped and they reached the destination courier facility. But the status shows on hold because of finance embargo. When I checked with the Delhivery courier customer service they informed that payment is pending from seller, so it is on hold. No response from wallmantra for multiple emails and tickets. No way to contact customer care. It's a fraud business

I placed a order on 16th july which was later cancelled by Wall Mantra only.today is 16th September and no information refund.There is no way to talk to agent.its definitely a fraud.please do not buy wall Mantra products.

I cancelled my order the same day i ordered it but the refund is not been recieved yet for order number- WM8303200_1 which amounts to rs 6500

I had ordered a wall mirror from Wall Mantra but had to cancel it due to size issues. Both the order and cancellation were done on 8 August 2023. Initiallt they mentioned that the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. But now it's almost a month, I haven't yet received the refund. Their customer service is a joke. You can't speak to any of their customer service agent and will answer your Whatsapp messages in templatized replies.

I had ordered a Mandir WM8309775 on 9th July 2023. The order did not get fulfilled and eventually had to be cancelled. I am still awaiting for my refund as on 19th August. Their customer care is pathetic and everytime you reach out they just say will call back. An immediate resolution is required for my refund. And such fake companies should be banned from operating.

I ordered Wall CLock for my house. After considerable delays, they delivered the product. To my surprise, the product which I ordered was completely different. I had ordered for Roman Number Wall Clock. They sent my Yoga Number wall Clock. The Invoice clearly mentions ROman Number. I am attaching the photo of what product was delivered. I called Customer care. they asked for details which we provided. After that no response. I sent emails to Customer Care. One Mt. Chaudhary replied asking for same details. Again we provided. There after I have sent repeated emails. No response. I feel cheated

THis clearly shows how the Company operates and their intentions. I sincerely urge people not to shop from this website. I observed many such feedbacks. Unfortunately I did not see those before placing the order.

The lack of any update about the delivery status for my order has left me feeling neglected and disregarded as a customer. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to your company through WhatsApp, calls, and emails, but regrettably, there has been no response from any source. This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the reputation of WallMantra.

As a loyal customer, I had placed my trust in WallMantra and its founders, Jitesh, Shivam, and Kundan, based on the reputation of your products and services. However, this experience has shown a complete lack of consideration for your customers' needs and concerns. I had purchased the World Map Backlit Wood Wall Décor / Night Light with the intention o[censored]sing it in my office, and it was a crucial element in my office setup. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has halted my work, as I wanted to put up the map before proceeding with the painting.

The absence of customer care and communication is indeed very sad to see from a company that I believed in. It is essential to understand that customer satisfaction is paramount in any business, and the lack of care in this aspect tarnishes the overall image of the company.

I am reaching out to WallMantra with the hope that you will rectify this situation promptly. I urge you to provide an immediate update on the delivery status of my order and respond to my queries without further delay. I had purchased a clock on the website on April 30th. The clock was not delivered, and I had requested for refund in the second week of May.
It is now more than 7 weeks, and the company has not processed the refund. The order number is WM8286524.

I have to cancel my order with the above mentioned order number due to non-availability of the item. But they are not communicating regarding the refund.

I ordered this console table from Wallmantra.com going by the picture. They showed a product of excellent quality and I paid Rs 20, 000 for it. What I got was a completely different once thats not worth than Rs 5000.

Also the console table was bent, marble not rounded, edges chipped off at several places. I complained to customer care with pictures and clear description. They waited for more than 7 days and gave this reply.

"We understand your recent experience with us was not as you expected and we will make sure to take your feedback into consideration.

However, as per the policy you can claim a refund or exchange with in 07 days of delivery only. Therefore we will not be able to proceed with your request.

As we value you and want to keep serving you, we would like to offer you additional 10% discount on your next purchase.

We are looking forward to restore your faith in us."

So Wallmantra.com is nothing but a fraud company. Please don't spend a penny to purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a painting but they send me some wall paper like thing... i tried to contact their customer care service but every time they said executives are busy till now there is no person to answer expect computer recorded voice... i got doubted and checked different consumer sites all r saying about their no refund scam after taking their products from us in the name of return...now i got scared to apply for return and to lose my product along with my money... i decided atleast to keep that 200 rupees worth product which i got for 1500 rupees... i dont even share this with my parents they definitely gave me nice scolding... im in a panic depression state... so plz no one without checking costumer reviews dont order any products from any sites and kindly raise ur complaints without any fail towards that shopping site and create awarness to lot of people

I had returned back a product I purchased from their website. Until the return product was delivered to them, they replied to emails diligently. However after that they stopped replying to emails and I haven’t even received the refund amount. It’s been 24 days since their last communication.

Pathethic support, website says dispatch in 1-2 days, last 10 days nothing has happened, customer care has no clue what is going.

Not received the product, so cannot comment on the quality but experience is worst till now

Person there name Dinunath Halder so called customer support manager is such a lier, he will keep you lying today your item will dispatch
I can surely say that, every-time same dialogue he even is not afraid in emailing by making false statements.

This wall mantra is big scam, please don’t waste your money, They are thief’s and lier

Ordered a wall painting with frame from Wallmantra.com.
I received the order after 2 wks even though I paid an expensive shipping cost. I received a damaged product - frame was broken and the paining itself was completely messed up. We email them to return, they replied after a wk saying they will refund after the returned product is picked up. It has been 4 wks since then. Coruier guy came 3 times and says they can't pick it up because they came ina 2 wheeler and have other packages to pick up too. No response from the company for the last 2 wks. Complete waste of money.

I had ordered a 'Designer table' from WallMantra that was damaged when delivered on the 10th of June 2022. Also just to note, the delivery was heavily delayed. Upon the receipt of the product I raised a request for return. It has been weeks, and everyday they send me a message saying the product will be picked up, but not attempt is made, the product is still lying in my house.

There is no update on the refund, even though I have shared my bank details with them a long time back, and when I call the customer care they behave very badly.

I haven't felt as harassed by an online shopping site until date.

Wallmantra should be discontinued, or banned, because they are cheating people with the quality of product, the quality of service and the rude customer executives.
