I had ordered "Luxury Floral Design Ceramic Wall Plates, Wall Hanging Plate" for Rs ₹2, 399.20/- on July 29th. I ordered and waited for weeks, there is no way you can complaint .That customer number is fake. That is used only if you want to purchase anything, not for complaint. so I had no other option then waited. One fine day, I got my ordered and it was not what I had ordered. I sent email. No reply for weeks, again one fine day, I got a mail with ticket number. They informed, they will initiate return pick up. Again after weeks without any schedule, (I was about to leave the city)someone picked it . They asked me to provide my bank details and I was surprised that they could not collect/get my original payment method. I provided details and its been again weeks, I have not got my refund. They just once sent mail that they have refunded. No proof if they have refunded or not. I never got my money back. They are just looting people. while I can see so many complaints they they never got either their money back or they never received product. Please take a strict action against such fraud. And as far as I know they don't have any office location mentioned anywhere. So highly doubt on this websites authenticity and looking at many people looted with same pattern Was this information helpful? |
