We had ordered couple of products from official website.
The product delivered was damaged and other one was not fitting our sofa properly.
So we initiated return and refund within a day of delivery.
Also got confirmation for the same after requests for replacement from Wallmantra.
It's been more than 2 weeks now since they said the return will be processed with refund, but the products are still here!
The customer care just for the sake give a reply that the refund process is started. Officially nothing has been done !
Such a pathetic company and customer care! They just call to make sure the order is placed. Then if there are any issues in the order, customer has to beg for the money !
Owners- Jitesh Agarwal and CEO Shivam Agarwal have to just see how other brands work on customer focused part. Not sure how long this company will go on making customers suffer like this. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from here at all. Was this information helpful? |
