Warriors of Wellness is registered with the MCA only for Recreational, Cultural, and Sporting Activities, but they are conducting weight loss programs in association with Amway.
Also its members who have engaged in unethical practices and caused me significant harm. I joined the Wow Community weight loss program based on the recommendations and coercive tactics.

The team mebers pressured me to join the Wow Community and provided a link to their website (http://www.wowcommunity.in/). One member(Coach) of the team has created a WhatsApp group on 22.03.2023 and insisted that I pay an amount of Rs. 3, 540/- to the Owner as a membership fee. Additionally, the coach instructed me to undergo certain blood tests at an unregistered diagnostic center called Yoda Diagnostics for which I paid Rs. 1, 100/-.
After receiving the test results, the team strongly urged me to join the program immediately. Consequently, on 25.03.2023, I paid Owner - as per their instructions. They granted me access to the "Warriors of Wellness" application available on Google Play Store. In this application, I was asked to upload personal information, medical documents, and photos related to height, weight, sex, address, phone number, body color, sizes, etc.
Based on the information provided, they created a meal plan for me. One of the team member(Doctor) who claimed to be a doctor contacted me and suggested medications for my uric acid problem. Doctor insisted that I follow the meal plan designed by his team.
Subsequently, I purchased the recommended items, which included five different tablets and one powder, all Amway products, as follows:
1. Tab1: Salmon Omega-3 Softgel, Amway product
2. Tab2: Natural-B with yeast, Amway product
3. Tab3: Cal Mag D plus, Amway product
4. Tab4: Daily Multivitamin, Amway product
5. Tab5: Vitamin D plus, Amway product
6. Powder: All Plant Powder, Amway product
I expressed my concerns about the suitability of these products and informed members about the numerous complaints associated with Amway products. However, they dismissed my concerns and assured me that they would take responsibility if any adverse effects occurred. Reluctantly, I purchased these six items for a total amount of Rs. 9, 809/- (attached invoice copy).
I commenced the meal plan as suggested by the coach on 08.04.2023 and followed it for one month. The plan included strict instructions such as eating only two times a day, avoiding rice and fruits, water fasting for the entire day, consuming dry fruits, non-cooked vegetables, green tea, bullet coffee, apple vinegar, and drinking five liters of lemon water daily. However, by May.06.2023, I began experiencing health issues and decided to discontinue the meal plan.
On May.08.2023, the Owner messaged me and requested that I repurchase the five tablets and one powder. I explained that it was not possible for me to buy them again due to the health issues I had been facing. It is important to note that Owner frequently changed the meal plan, initially suggesting the use of olive oil, then coconut oil, and later apple vinegar, causing further confusion and financial loss on my part. Moreover, there were no significant changes in my body despite following their instructions diligently.
On May.10.2023, I experienced severe stomach pain, vomiting, fever, and headache, which resulted in my collapsing at home. I required immediate medical attention, and a nearby Govt. Doctor provided treatment by administering injections and fluids for eight hours. Following this, I informed members about the incident. The Owner Chandra agreed to refund a partial amount of Rs. 2, 540/- and returned it to my PhonePe account on May.13.2023.
He subsequently removed me from all WhatsApp groups and revoked my access to the Warriors of Wellness application.
However, on May.14.2023, Owner contacted me again and shared a picture of his wife, requesting that I share it with all my friends and colleagues. When I expressed my intention to share my experience with the Wow Community on the internet, he suggested that I consult a psychiatrist and insinuated that I may require mental treatment. It is alarming that he took my money and then advised me to seek psychiatric help.
Furthermore, during the course of my interaction with members, His team members scolded and verbally abused me for consuming meals with white rice. I informed other members of the team about this issue, as they are the official contacts mentioned on the website, but they took no action to address the matter. Additionally, other members threats, claiming to have connections with deputy collectors and vowing to harm my professional life. They resorted to using vulgar language when referring to my family members.
As a result of my association with the Wow Community and its members, my family and I have been subjected to numerous spam calls from various numbers, including calls from US numbers that have issued threats against us. This situation has caused us significant distress and concern for our safety.
What exacerbates this issue further is the misinformation and falsehoods that have been propagated regarding my health history and the health status of my family members.
I shared pertinent medical information, including my father's history of heart disease and subsequent demise due to a heart attack, as well as his battles with conditions such as high blood
pressure, diabetes, and thyroid disorders. Additionally, I informed these individuals of my own thyroid condition.
Instead of receiving appropriate guidance and support, I was met with insensitive and fear-inducing remarks. Team have insisted that immediate enrollment in your meal program
is imperative, invoking comparisons to my late father's tragic health outcome. These individuals have even gone to the extent of suggesting that failure to comply with their recommendations could lead to dire consequences for me, mirroring my father's fate.
Furthermore, the distressing situation was aggravated by unwarranted remarks pertaining to my son, who struggles with virtual autism.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and promptly investigate the actions of Wow Community and its members. I am prepared to provide any additional evidence or information required to support the investigation.
I hereby request that appropriate action be taken against members of the Wow Community for their unethical practices, harassment, and threats. I also request an investigation into Wow Community to determine if they possess the necessary food license certificate and if they are qualified to operate a food business. Additionally, I kindly request a refund of the total amount I have spent, which amounts to Rs. 20, 000/-, broken down as follows:
1. Amway products: Rs. 9, 809/-
2. Membership fee: Rs. 2, 540/-
3. Other items: Rs. 10, 349/-
I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and appreciate your attention to it.
