Way2Gateway — False commitment of providing tab with holiday package

Before purchasing holiday package way 2 gateway promised on phone call that "this day ( 27.8.2015) is their promotional day and if you purchase our Holiday package by today only then company is giving you a sony Xeperia Z2Tablet ." I have purchased ( amount Rs. 11998.00) the same on the same day & made payment through PayUmoney ( Internet banking) As they promised me to deliver the gift within 8-10 days after payment, but till date I am yet to receive any tab. On contacting them they continued to buy time with further false committment. Finally they said that they will return my money by 10th Nov which was confirmed by them via e-mail also. 10th Nov also passed, but no money returned yet. Now they are not picking my phone.
