There is a person from this company rishabh sinha (Having contact no. [protected]) who started talking to me on phone about the trading purpose and i was not having money then he said that he can avail loan of rs.25000 for me and then i can start trading. I said ok. He said that he has got the loan approved, and by that time i was very freely talking to him about my financial issues. He suggested that if i need more money then from voltas broking (Where they trade in crude oil) (Where samir khanna-[protected] was introduced) he will generate income. But then one day he said that since one trader's some amount is pending to release and if i want then i wil have to pay only gst of 28000 on 1 lac and i will get that amount in a week. Since i was in urgent need of more funds to pay my debt i arranged and sent him the money in sbi acc of rishi kumar srivastav. This way from aug. 2019 to dec.'2019 i paid rs. 1, 85, 000/- (Including loan of 25000) for release of profit amount of rs.5, 85, 000/-, but no proof was given to me. Then one fine day 28/12/2019 rishabh sinha sent a message to me that your amount of rs.585000 is released and transfered to rishi kumar srivastav's acc and since he is on leave from 29.12.19 to 19.1.2020 he will come and transfer to me on 20.1.2020. After this date mobile of rishabh sinha and samir khanna both are off. And today because of these people i am in really soup. I am a widow and trusted them as i wanted to come out of my debt but now fallen in more ditch. These people should be punished strictly.
I also would like to know if there is anyone who can help me out to get my amount back from them. Please help me out to get this refund. I will be highly obliged.
