I had placed an order for a dress from this website a few months ago (5th Feb 2022). On their tracking website it was showing that the order will take some time to reach as it is being shipped from overseas and the estimated delivery date was 9th April 2022. Of course I didn’t receive it by 9th and requested for a refund on 12th but no response from their side. I have wrote mails to them plus texted them on WhatsApp. No response, no refund. As and when I’m texting them on WhatsApp I’m receiving an automated message saying that they are offline. Surprisingly they are only offline when this topic of refunding comes up.
