I had ordered a shirt in Aug 2023. For 4 months the tracking of order never changed and nobody was responding to phone calls or mails. I then cancelled the order and initiated refund in dec 2023. Since then I am waiting. Nobody responds to phone or mail.

They had promised to deliver the product by April for goods ordered in Feb 2024. But till date products have not been sent and when refund request was raised. They just gave a gift card to purchase from their fake website

This company is a fraud and they do not have any goods to sell. Their website is also fake

Please stop their business activity asap and process my refund

I have placed 2 orders in this Wear.style website, #12630, #12637 paid total 10, 300, these people not responding to calls, mails and anything, this is big scam.. i request indian consumer complaints forum will take a serious action regarding this, .

I had ordered a gown on 29th Feb 2024 and still not received it. No response to mail no refunds. Paid 2500 INR

Style.wear has not delivered my Order #11384 and it has got 2 months over after the delivery date and 3 months over after the Order Date.
I had requested for Refunds of my Amount of Rs. 8696 almost more than 40 days before on 26th May 2023. But No refunds given back and no replies to the mails sent to them.
They have got fake 43k Likes on their facebook account. Also fake customer reviews on their website page. They are fooling people. Please do not buy anything from this company.

I have ordered Mens wallet on this Webite on Nov 24, 2022 and till date not received the item. Amount paid is INR 2878.46, order # 10991

immediately after ordering and payment completion a confirmation message is received with a tracking link. the tracking is showing pending in import clearance since last 3 weeks and it surprising why it should take so long.

Customer contact center is not responding to phone calls and no replies in email follow-ups as well

There is no option to request for a refund as well

Seems money is lost and item will never be received

please check to take action and refund this amount and put a ban on this website

I ordered cargo pants from this website! The price was between[protected]! They only accepted online payments! After payment process was done! I waited 8 weeks which was estimated delivery date! Nd as time passed i tried the consumer complaint no. For that website! I tried emailing! Requesting refund if they can't provide product! Try the "refund request" button! Nothing works! They are just there to scam you and take your money away! FAKE...

I ordered a swimsuit with wear.style for ~2500 rs in mid-september. Last they said it was stuck in customs early November, and they haven't updated the status since. I sent two emails and called multiple times, but there is no response. It seems like a fraudulent company.

I have placed an order with wear style on 22nd Aug 2022. Order number 10623. They sent me the tracking but after 9th october they stopped updating the track status and it is 26 december today i have not received my order yet. They dont pick calls, neither reply to mails, please seek my redressal and get me a refund.

Hi, I ordered a men’s wallet on 8th November 2022. The order number is #10910. Just the day on the order booked, I received a message that my order is confirmed. After that, I was completely cut off. They haven’t shared any details about shipping or delay. It’s been 1 and half months and no information. They don’t respond on any customer quietude on email or call or message. Please register the complaint and take the necessary action. I have paid about ₹3000.

Had ordered a sunglass worth rs.1000 from. Wear.style on 3rd May 2022, However the product has not reached till now even after 3 months.They do not respond to enquires as well. This is a fake site to cheat people.

I Purchased on 12/07/2022 but did not receive my order yet.
Unable to track online.

My Order #9306 placed in Nov 2021 for 3 dresses.
Company has cancelled my order for reasons unknown to me. They have taken the full advance payment of Rs 6251/-
The contact number is not reachable or they are not bothered to answer the phone.
Emails on [protected]@wear.style remain unanswered.
Whatsapp chats are even not answered.
Highly unprofessional and not recommended
Such a company should not be allowed to remain as an online web shopping portal.

I placed order and they showed product dispatched but all looks fake, product never dispatched no refund neither delivered. No response from customer support also.

I wish there was a way to connect with people who are about to purchase from Wear.Style so I along with several that have complained on ConsumerComplaints.in can stop them from making a mistake.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. So if you're reading my Complaint Post, probably you've been scammed from Wear.Style.

I have been scammed as well however I found a way out (well, kind-off 🤠)

1. I first made a purchase from Wear.Style mid-january 2022. Website said I will receive my Order by end- March as Product will be shipped from UK. Last message stated "Import Clearance Pending"
I did not receive the Product.

2. On applying for Refund, only Credits get transferred to your Wallet. Do not expect Money Refund back to your Card.

3. Silly me, I dint realise the website was a Scam on end-March so I once again made a different purchase using the Credits. This Order stated that I will receive my Product by June 1.
Deja-vu.
Last message stated "Import Clearance Pending"
I did not receive the Product.
Once again, those Credits came back to my Wallet.

The Mobile number mentioned on the website has been unreachable since Dinosaur years. I have sent over 20 emails to [protected]@wear.style, I inquired, grumbled, requested, to no luck. Few of my emails were answered but we're vague.

My bulb 💡 finally came on.

I knew I lost my money on this wreched website Wear.Style but did not want them to win entirely.
So i did some basic research.

Wear.Style has a Warehouse in Bangalore with few Products in their office.
On the Wear.Style website, i selected Indian Products from the following sections: Indian Wear; Home Style; Style Wear, using those Credits.
Today, July 1st, I recieved my Package.
3 Products,
1 is of extremely low quality, totally not worth it.
Another is ok, again not worth the cost and the 3rd one was great. Wow! I was shocked beyond belief. Such awesome quality.
I then did a random Google search on that Product and the exact same Product was available for half the rate on Amazon shopping website. Wow! On one more Google search i found those 2 Products as well priced at an extremely low price.
Hmmmmm

Today, 1st July, 2022, I decided it's time for me to move on. Too many months wasted on this Site. Bye!
Yes, i received horrible products, i was scammed. But I put on a fight. Hahaha.

I would like to conclude by typing Wear.Style is not completely fraud. Only 99.9%.
0.[protected]% -- well, i recvd something!
There are low quality products available in Wear.Style Bangalore warehouse so i suggest first have some cutting chai then pick from the tacky products available. You never know, the quality "maybe" good.

P.S - another shocker, i think this website was earlier Shein but due to the ban was shut.
OR probably Wear.Style was one of the warehouses that Shein dumped it's leftover products.
This assumption I've made after Google research and browsing through several customer reviews of Wear.Style products - some customers said "Thanks Shein"

I had booked the product(sunglasses) in December 2021, order no 9403.

They never delivered the product nor did they refund the amount.

All nos are not reachable.

I placed an order on april 2 2022 and as of june 5 2022 they have not delivered. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them via email, phone and Instagram but no response. They are scamming people left and right. Please do something

The company does not deliver online orders. It allows cancellation after 2 months and gives a store credit. If you try and use for a new order this is not delivered again!!! The phone number given is always busy. Email is replied to saying your order is in transit but it never materializes.

I have been waiting for my order for almost two months and they are not replying. These website need to be shutdown asap

I had placed an order for a dress from this website a few months ago (5th Feb 2022). On their tracking website it was showing that the order will take some time to reach as it is being shipped from overseas and the estimated delivery date was 9th April 2022. Of course I didn’t receive it by 9th and requested for a refund on 12th but no response from their side. I have wrote mails to them plus texted them on WhatsApp. No response, no refund. As and when I’m texting them on WhatsApp I’m receiving an automated message saying that they are offline. Surprisingly they are only offline when this topic of refunding comes up.

Wear.style is fake site..they take the orders and deliver fake products after 3 months claiming that product are dispatched from abroad...i request everyone never ever shop from this site..they dont go for refund, exchange etc...my product was for 15k..all money wasted..may god destroy them as well.

It's been around more than a month now, and the order is not yet delivered. Tried to contact them via mail or call, in return got no response.

I ordered a dress worth rs. 2432, the said it in clearance after two and half month the cancelled the order mentioning that it got canceled on as me same day of order . Refund is also pending since 7 June .

I had ordered for a Green top and I received a Black one instead. I immediately sent mails and tried to contact Wear Style but no one responded. By now, I have already tried many times to contact them, no one replies. I want to return the order or if possible make an exchange for green.

I had purchased a wine rack from this website and I had first called them regarding this asking if they dealt offline and they said no.

So I placed an order and received this on a Saturday however when I tried to hang my wine glasses they didn’t fit in their rack. I immediately wrote to the company on their email address asking for this item to be returned as it was completely unused and had just arrived and didn’t work for me as this is their return policy on their site:

“We have a 2 Day return policy, which means you have 2 Days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [protected]@wear.style. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. “

Firstly no response came to my email till I sent a threatening email, and no answer on their phone number whatsoever then finally they respond on email with the following:

“Order# was shipped as per our product specifications and as per your size choice..

Our Return Policy is not applicable for orders placed with wrong sizing.”

I mean what sort of response is this??? The item is in perfect condition unused and not even custom and they don’t accept it. The 2 day return timeline also is purposely tight so that you don’t manage to return your products. They are clearly out to cheat customers. DO NOT buy from them as you will be stuck with your product even if it doesn’t work for you.

I ordered a mens woollen hat "Ring Belt Decorated Fedora Hat black". On delivery I noticed that it was poorly packed. It has been received in a crushed and collapsed condition! Regrettably, I am unable to use it.

I have mailed them thrice, asking for a replacement or refund, but have received no response. I have filed a complaint on their website, again no response.

Kindly get me a replacement or refund. Thank...
