Web Tech (Mac2Cap) — blackmailing

I was in need of job, while searching i found a data entry job and i applied for it, then they immediately called me from this no. [protected]. They only told me about the job process (I have to complete 10, 000 captcha within 10 days out of which 9000 must be correct, or else i have to pay penalty of 5000 ₹) then he asked me for documents (Voter card/adhaar card) then he said someone from that company will call me and ask me if i want to join, hence one girl from that company called (Was too rude and without explaining anything) asked if i wanted to join (With high pitch), and as i needed a job i agreed.
Then that guy (Who called me first) sent me the link of a software agreement where i had to upload my picture as well as signature, then he sent me an agreement with my picture, signature and location (Map)
Then he sent me a link to download an app where i had to do captcha work.
I was about to start the work but it showed that my work will start from 6 pm and i waited but it went 6 to 7 to 8 but the session didn't start, i called him but he didn't take my call. So the very next day i told him i want to quit the job (As i started to doubt that it's a fake company). I told him i haven't started the work yet, then he asked me to contact their helpline no. ([protected]) and tell them my problem. Then i called them and they asked me to pay 5000 rs as per the agreement. After the call ended they sent me a mail where they wrote we have to pay them an amount of 5000 rs otherwise they will take legal action against me. After few days, they sent a message in my no. By their advocate asking the money or else they will take legal action (He also mentioned his no. [protected]) but i didn't respond anything and just kept ignoring as i came to know from google that it is fraud. Then again today (09/09/19) after almost 5days they sent me a mail as well as an sms, mentioning the name of an advocate (Advocate mane, sai nath plaza, kava rd, majge nagar,
Aurangabad, maharashtra 431136) and asked me to respond to their mail within 4 days. So, kindly help me to get out of this problem.
