Our company has trapped by Web2tech via social media Facebook ad, they assured us to design/host and promote our website within stipulated time and our company had trused & transferred payment to web2tech account on 18th Dec 2021 in advance but after receiving payments, web2tech actual working brought into our knowledge .Customer have to approach or take follow ups from web2tech which reflects the negligence about work of web2tech.So its our humble request to be aware of such cunning companies.

I had been contacted by Asma ji from Web2Tech Solutions (https://web2techsolution.com) around february 2021. They wanted to provide SEO service for my company and my existing website (www.czglam.com). At first i didnt trust them and the work they were doing but they were very convincing and they (Asma, Ankita Sharma) did a very good job on convincing me to agreeing on the work.

I made a payment to Web2Tech solution for my website creation and Business promotion of Rs 14160 on[protected]. They are such a big fraud have not really done anything to it. My services are not live even after 3 months of making the payment. Teams dont update. Rather then making my website ready they are simply demanding more money on name of server space. I asked them to make a few changes and get the website ready at least but they are unable to do that even. Do not make any payment to such market frauds. They are cheaters. Worst experience of my lifetime.

I gave them my project and money of course and now am so tired of these and thugs that i have to come here. Classic bait and switch they follow. Web2tech are real frauds who will take your money and will not do the work after. Also they will ask you more and more money by giving excuse of security and SSL certifications. Bunch of girls handles their phone who are real shameless creatures at work. Please never work with web2tech they must be in Tihar.

They will take your money by promising the best and once money is paid they will show their true colors. They will ask for more money from what was agreed and will keep on adding new things. All their phones are handles by a bunch of girls who are best at lying . Even after you pay them extra they wont do the work. Repeated calls, texts just don't matter to them . They are the real Delhi thugs as we call them. For any correction or any issue you need to wait for month and months and suffer loses. They have my project and am so tired trying to contact for corrections .

I had taken their services 6 month back first they said 25000 rs for all the work including international marketing and domestic marketing then we negotiated to rs 17000 which we paid for which I was not give GST invoice inspite of asking for so many tines . After that they said I have to pay usd 575 for SQL (which is done at Rs 3500 only on go Daddy) which I paid and I said please give me in writing that now and onward you will not demand...

4. Seo promotional 15 keywords
5. All these would be 3yrs package

I paid the amount they send me proforma invoice. Which attached below.

But starting my work they ask me you have to server hosting charges which is mandatory, and its cost you ₹18000 extra. And ₹ 6000 for SSL certificate.

I deny to pay and ask to refund they said not refundable h. And we cannot start your work until you pay me ₹18000/-extra.

This type of cheating company need complaints that never do to others.
I want my refund ₹15000/- back.

Kindly help me out.

These guys are fraud and cheaters. Be careful from them. They don't know how to earn a decent living. They have hired girls to trap you and take your money. They promise and showcase themselves as the best. Once you have paid, they disappear and ignore you.

Please be careful with them.

They took my hard earned money of Rs.25000. Even after repeated requests they are not returning the money. They told that they would create a website and do promotion for the same. However now they are demanding more money. They are the biggest liers and cheaters.

They are just scamming people, there HR department working on contract basis and hr take contract on less prices to complete and after getting they asked for money
I have give a contract of 15k+ gst and now they are asking me for 1 lakhs rupees for that website.

I paid Rs.15000 as advance payment to this company for creating a website for me. I have an online shopping store. After taking the money they disappeared. They are not picking the phone. If I call from a different number they just dont listen. Worst part is that they are telling upfront that the money will not be returned. They are the biggest cheaters.

They have hired couple of people in their team only to call and cheat people. Can anyone tell me if in such case I can file a police complaint?

Please be careful with this company. I paid 10K for SEO to be done after various discussions and understanding their knowledge level of the work. Their correspondent asked me to pay 10K in advance. The total work was to be done for 25K. Immediately after 10 days they asked me to deposit 36K . I was shocked and I raised a complain here. Also I spoke to his technical person who insisted me to withdraw the complain and told that other complains were from competitor. He also threatened to equally post negative comments about my business and offer to sort it out mutually.

It is my duty to make everyone aware that they are fraud. They are not refunding my amount and simply ignoring. They are upfront telling that they will not refund my money and I can do whatever I want. Guys Be careful and dont deal with them. We agreed for the promotion of my website for 25K. Initially I deposited advance of 10K. After 10 days they are asking me to give additional 36K without even starting the work. I have raised complain to them but my gut feeling and after reviews from others about this company I feel I am cheated and my 10K is gone.
