Web2tech Solution — Scammer, Fraud, Not working after payment, Not receiving calls after payment

I had been contacted by mr sourabh mishra from Web2Tech Solutions (https://web2techsolution.com) around december 2021. They wanted to provide SEO service for my company national enterprises. At first i didnt trust them and the work they were doing but they were very convincing and they (sourabh and deepak ) did a very good job on convincing me to agreeing on the work.

They have mailed me about a lot of services which they would have wanted to provide hence as per there quotation i paid 6000 INR as advance payment .

After making the first payment the person, deepak ji called me after approx. 10 days saying that my website is not having some sort of online authorisation to do SEO service and they told me to pay more 5000 INR. but i cant transfer then because they had not mention in agreement .

After that payment there were no response from anyone of them. I tried calling them many times but no one picked up my call or reply mails then i logged a complaints against them on consumercomplaints.in then mr sourabh contact me and start some very poor quality work when we ask them to work according our choice they start us harassment regarding resolve complaint they ask us to resolve complaint then they go for work we disagree for same and refuse to resolve complaint .

we dont want to continue with this type of cheap company and i want to aware everyone to not work/invest in web2techsolution ( delhi ) . i mail them to refund payment but again no reply from them .

Our company has trapped by Web2tech via social media Facebook ad, they assured us to design/host and promote our website within stipulated time and our company had trused & transferred payment to web2tech account on 18th Dec 2021 in advance but after receiving payments, web2tech actual working brought into our knowledge .Customer have to approach or take follow ups from web2tech which reflects the negligence about work of web2tech.So its our humble request to be aware of such cunning companies.

I am Rabinarayan tripathy Director of Basulei security services Pvt ltd, writing a complaint regarding the service issues.
With Ref to the initial discussion for our requirements for website design and promotion services for our sister company M/s Britepath staffing services a newly formed Recruitment agency, your executive gave us a proposal and provide a website design sample link to choose any out of it. Out of the sample website we chose Verai Placement service design.

After that, Kanika mam gave us a Proposal costing (Rs.15000 for 3 year Discounted Rs15000/ for 3 year or 12000/- for 2 year plan.)
After having discussion/ negotiation we Paid RS.11800 (Rs10000+1800GST).
After receipt of our payment Kanika Mam told us that we have been appointed a dedicated Manager to handle all Issue with respect to our queries i.e. Mr Ayan.
Mr Ayan started working on this and after few days He demanded some legal Identity proof documents in the name of registration in Google for promoting Britepath on the search engine. We then submitted all the required documents.
After submission of the same Mr Ayan demanded Rs24600/-
It was quite a shock to me. He asked for more Rs24600/Including GST) must be paid otherwise our website won’t be active. Immediately we discussed this issue with Kanika Mam and finalized with no charges Occur in the future with keeping the 11800/- all-inclusive amount. As, If your representative had told me that the total cost would be about Rs.40000/ initially, I wouldn’t have opted for the services as this amount is way out of our budget.
But after many argument’s related to the amount I had to take a loan from my credit card and had to pay the amount in two Instalment (Rs20000+4600) total Rs24600/-
This matter didn’t stop here. Another manager with the name of Neha called me and instructed that she will handle our queries on behalf of Ayan. And told us to contact her in any issues. She also told me that we have not SSL, fast of paid another x amount so that our work will get processed otherwise the company won’t do any work.
After paying them Rs36400/- It was a hung amount for me and have to take a loan again to Pay your company. After these payments, your agency changes the executive Dealing with us and the new personnel starts demanding more money to complete the work and demands in the case of non-payment the services won’t be provided. And that would result in all the amount in vain. This is a kind of fraud activity that happened

Please do not trust the company, Only core intention cheat to public and earn money.I have already lost the entire amount and my time.

They wanted to provide SEO service for my company and my existing website (www.czglam.com). At first i didnt trust them and the work they were doing but they were very convincing and they (Asma, Ankita Sharma) did a very good job on convincing me to agreeing on the work.

They have mailed me about a lot of services which they would have wanted to provide hence as per there quotation i paid them 20650 INR with GST (of which the GST invoice also i haven’t received yet) on 25th February 2021.

After making the first payment the technical person, Ayan ji called me after approx. 10 days saying that my website is not having some sort of online authorisation to do SEO service and they told me to pay more 36510 INR. I had very bug argument with them saying that because of covid i could not make such payment and they should have told me about all those stuffs before hand. But lastly i thought if they do their work well then i would recover the money invested by doing business. And made the payment of 36510 INR on 13th march 2021.

After that payment there were no response from anyone of them. I tried calling them many times but no one picked up my call. After calling them for 3 months one day i tried calling them as a new customer from different number, only then they picked my call. After having a chat they told me they can not work on my website so they need to make a different website. Which they did (www.czglam.co).

Then again after trying to contact them for months they replied my mail on 24th september 2021 saying that Google is working slow thats why ther are unable to do any work. And from then till date google is working very slow and they are unable to do any work.

I tried to reach them via call, mail, facebook messenger but no one ever replied to me. And now no one is receiving my calls and disconnecting the call just after hearing my name.

I am attaching all the proofs and screenshot so everyone can see how big of a fraud they are. Please no one deal with this company They are a BIG FRAUD and only SCAMMING people.

Ye iska heart ka problem bolkar logo ko imotional karati hai aur iss par trust karane ko majbur karati hai.. bahot hi shatir lomadi hai..

I made a payment to Web2Tech solution for my website creation and Business promotion of Rs 14160 on[protected]. They are such a big fraud have not really done anything to it. My services are not live even after 3 months of making the payment. Teams dont update. Rather then making my website ready they are simply demanding more money on name of server space. I asked them to make a few changes and get the website ready at least but they are unable to do that even. Do not make any payment to such market frauds. They are cheaters. Worst experience of my lifetime.

I gave them my project and money of course and now am so tired of these and thugs that i have to come here. Classic bait and switch they follow. Web2tech are real frauds who will take your money and will not do the work after. Also they will ask you more and more money by giving excuse of security and SSL certifications. Bunch of girls handles their phone who are real shameless creatures at work. Please never work with web2tech they must be in Tihar.

They will take your money by promising the best and once money is paid they will show their true colors. They will ask for more money from what was agreed and will keep on adding new things. All their phones are handles by a bunch of girls who are best at lying . Even after you pay them extra they wont do the work. Repeated calls, texts just don't matter to them . They are the real Delhi thugs as we call them. For any correction or any issue you need to wait for month and months and suffer loses. They have my project and am so tired trying to contact for corrections .

I had taken their services 6 month back first they said 25000 rs for all the work including international marketing and domestic marketing then we negotiated to rs 17000 which we paid for which I was not give GST invoice inspite of asking for so many tines . After that they said I have to pay usd 575 for SQL (which is done at Rs 3500 only on go Daddy) which I paid and I said please give me in writing that now and onward you will not demand any money which they gave in writing. After that they demanded Rs 93000 for web hoisting so I bluntly said now I am not going to pay you any singke penny. This company is cheater gand online fraud master don't trust them at all they are day light robbers . I am going to file cyber crime FIR against this company no one should trust this company if you have any query please contact me on my no [protected]. I am sure these cheaters gang must have cheated many people's ke in the same manner. So please call me we wil file FIR in cyber crime this is a perfact case of cyber fraud or cyber crime and nothing else don't trust for even Rs 1 to any if this comapnys executives

5. All these would be 3yrs package

I paid the amount they send me proforma invoice. Which attached below.

But starting my work they ask me you have to server hosting charges which is mandatory, and its cost you ₹18000 extra. And ₹ 6000 for SSL certificate.

I deny to pay and ask to refund they said not refundable h. And we cannot start your work until you pay me ₹18000/-extra.

This type of cheating company need complaints that never do to others.
I want my refund ₹15000/- back.

Kindly help me out.

These guys are fraud and cheaters. Be careful from them. They don't know how to earn a decent living. They have hired girls to trap you and take your money. They promise and showcase themselves as the best. Once you have paid, they disappear and ignore you.

Please be careful with them.

They took my hard earned money of Rs.25000. Even after repeated requests they are not returning the money. They told that they would create a website and do promotion for the same. However now they are demanding more money. They are the biggest liers and cheaters.

They are just scamming people, there HR department working on contract basis and hr take contract on less prices to complete and after getting they asked for money
I have give a contract of 15k+ gst and now they are asking me for 1 lakhs rupees for that website.

I paid Rs.15000 as advance payment to this company for creating a website for me. I have an online shopping store. After taking the money they disappeared. They are not picking the phone. If I call from a different number they just dont listen. Worst part is that they are telling upfront that the money will not be returned. They are the biggest cheaters.

They have hired couple of people in their team only to call and cheat people. Can anyone tell me if in such case I can file a police complaint?

Please be careful with this company. I paid 10K for SEO to be done after various discussions and understanding their knowledge level of the work. Their correspondent asked me to pay 10K in advance. The total work was to be done for 25K. Immediately after 10 days they asked me to deposit 36K . I was shocked and I raised a complain here. Also I spoke to his technical person who insisted me to withdraw the complain and told that other complains were from competitor. He also threatened to equally post negative comments about my business and offer to sort it out mutually.

It is my duty to make everyone aware that they are fraud. They are not refunding my amount and simply ignoring. They are upfront telling that they will not refund my money and I can do whatever I want. Guys Be careful and dont deal with them.
