Rude behavior of staffs.

The staffs of the hospital are rude and having very unprofessional behaviour with patients and visitors. No one is concerned about patients health and always aim to disturb people. Communication and attitude towards people and patients are very poor. They are more focused on people's money.
I went there for my mother's cancer treatment, but there were no beds available.My mother was not even able to sit properly but I was asked to...

Malfunction in daily use items

Address:Dharsmshila Hospital Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi

Hi,
This is to inform you that air conditioner and Sanitizer dispenser is not working properly on the dialysis unit which is located on 4th floor...As Summers are coming we all waiting outside for the patients have to bear the heat as airconditioner is not working properly and cooling in a proper way.. please resolve these issues as soon as possible..

Regarding poor management and cheating

My father Mr. Shankar is a retired central government employee having CGHS cashless card with semi private ward entitlement admitted in dharamshila hospital delhi hospital on 5th january 2021 at 5 pm in emergency and they shifted him to KTU ward and now on 6th january 2021 at 9:30 pm they shifted him to general ward (with around 12 beds) in third floor. Billing process

Hi Team,

This is regards with billing process in Dharmshila cancer hospital Vasundhara enclave.

Everytime the cash patient admitted, they keep adding unnecessary charges in bill. So that if it gets unnoticed they will charge extra.

And by chance you get to notice additional unnecessary applied charges to rectify it they will keep you standing in que for hours . Waste your time and aligned coordinator...

internet connectivity and network issues

I am using airtel from last 7 years.. I am living in wakad area pune where internet connectivity and network strength of airtel is too low.. Most of the time i am not able to search anything because of network issues.. Kindly provide some tower in this area to get stronger network or else i need to transfer my sim to other network.. As a regular customer of airtel i want good signal here in this area... Thanks.....
