The issue is still not resolved. Now they are blackmailing me that until I remove this complaint, they won't work on my account anymore, and neither will they give me a refund. The concerned person Dikshi is the rudest customer service person I have ever come across in my life.

They issue is still not resolved. In fact, I was contacted by Dikshi and blackmailed to remove this complaint if I want them to work on my account. I refused because there was no resolution and they haven't assigned me to a new account manager. She simply said that if I want them to start the work on my account or even get a refund, I have to delete this complaint. Dikshi is the rudest customer service person I have ever come across, she has the worst attitude and entitlement issues. All small business owners, beware of this fraud company, please do not waste your money and time with this agency. They don't value their customers.
