Web2tech Solution — Scammer, Fraud, Not working after payment, Not receiving calls after payment

I had been contacted by mr sourabh mishra from Web2Tech Solutions (https://web2techsolution.com) around december 2021. They wanted to provide SEO service for my company national enterprises. At first i didnt trust them and the work they were doing but they were very convincing and they (sourabh and deepak ) did a very good job on convincing me to agreeing on the work.

They have mailed me about a lot of services which they would have wanted to provide hence as per there quotation i paid 6000 INR as advance payment .

After making the first payment the person, deepak ji called me after approx. 10 days saying that my website is not having some sort of online authorisation to do SEO service and they told me to pay more 5000 INR. but i cant transfer then because they had not mention in agreement .

After that payment there were no response from anyone of them. I tried calling them many times but no one picked up my call or reply mails then i logged a complaints against them on https://www.consumercomplaints.in then mr sourabh contact me and start some very poor quality work when we ask them to work according our choice they start us harassment regarding resolve complaint they ask us to resolve complaint then they go for work we disagree for same and refuse to resolve complaint .

we dont want to continue with this type of cheap company and i want to aware everyone to not work/invest in web2techsolution ( delhi ) . i mail them to refund payment but again no reply from them .
