Webble Logic — Product received is not satisfactory

I had ordered expandable pipe on 14th March, order ID 19439, order received on time, but product is not as shown in the video, it does not satisfy me at all, it is torn from both the ends, when it is attached to the tap it doed not expand nor shrink as shown in the video, so I want to return is as soon as possible, I'll be very much thankful to you if you do the needful
