I watched company video of the product and claim to have sold more than 23 lakhs units.in good faith i placed the order online and made paying through razorpay gateway. The product never delivered. On google search i found contact number [protected] and on call i found it belongs to urban monkey and i have been told they have lodged police complaint in mumbai against the urban sauda for misusing their customercare number. Later on search i found another contact number [protected] but on call i found the number does not exist. The company looks a online fraud company. One hair remover unit is priced rs.1490/- and calculating the total amount for 23 lakhs units the company has committed enormous online fraud of rs.340 cr and cheated 23 lakhs of innocent people in india.
