I was fresher when i joined the company at that time was unaware of the company's rude and abusing behavior to the employees. Also, they [censored]ed about 100% salary appraisal that i come to know it is not even 20%. Some of the old senior from the company abused and threaten there junior and forced to do overwork limits, sometimes i have to do 12-16 hr/day because i was feared of threatening and the 10th mark sheet that i have submitted as 2-year service bond security (This is company's conspiracy to trap fresher's, force him to fill a 2 year service bond of amount 2 lakhs now the days, abus and harras them and force them to resign then threaten them to buyout the notice and pay 2 lakhs bond security money. "i am one of victim of this conspiracy").

From the starting days my team lead forced me to build useless products which lead to unproductivity and mental sickness.

The company has no policies and written some of the stupid policies which even hr do not follows, hr deepika singh who behaved dramatically and unprofessional says "jo mai keh dungi wo company ka new rule ban jayega" they all are cruel and do not even think about employees career. They will frequently destroy employee career if anyone rais voice against there conspiracy, abuses, threatening, useless products, buggy applications.

They even frequently deduct employee salary without any notice and when you ask about deductions they will betray you by saying new policies which are undocumented.

The company also go beyond the some of the countries legal rule like gdpr requirements, copy customers data to their database and create undocumented and unstructured plugins which contain full of bugs. I know this because i am ex emp of the company from last 1 year and 2 months.

I was really gone in depression and got psychologically and mentally harassed so i finally resign after 1 year 2 months.

After my resignation hr and my team lead pratik jha to become intolerable cruel to me, threaten me to take back my resignation when i deny and they forced me to do a buyout, they start to blame me, threaten me to destroy my career. Even all this cruel and aggressive behavior from hr deepika singh and team lead pratik jha i completed my all the task and done with knowledge transfer in during 1 month 13 days after my resignation.

When they come to know that i have completed my all the task, pratik jha starts to abusing me and told i haven't done anything yet and threaten me that he will give me a termination and a legal notice (They all already planned about this).

On 17 sep, 2018. When i came to my office there was no access to my access card, hr gave me a termination letter by telling i have not done my task during my notice and when i ask about experience letter she told me that i have to pay 50k bond breaching amount. They ceased my 10th mask sheet, destroy my career.

Please help me to get back my mark sheet and experience letter. And peoples are requested to do not repeat my mistake by joining webkul.
