WeChat — can't access my account to retrieve my money | |||||
I moved to china, opened up a wechat account and a bank account which was locked to my phone. I then moved provinces and used a new sim card but my wechat money was still linked to my new sim card, so i carried on using it. So i have a new sim card and wechat and can not open my old wechat and get my money out of they account due to re-setting my cellphone and losing the password. I contacted the number but someone else is now using that cell number. I can not access and retrieve my money. I am in desperate need of help please. Was this information helpful? | |||||
