WeChat — Fake Account and need to be deleted

I have a fake account under my friend's name and I wish to delete this account and block this user. May I know what is the procedures to complete this action. I need this action to be done immediately because I don't feel secure about the account user. I could not trace back this user account. Please reply me with a solution as soon as possible.
