WeChat — fake account misuse picture

The account misuse my wife picture. Please remove this account. I afraid it will be misuse to do the crime or something else involve my wife picture. Wil give bad reputation to my wife. Afraid the account make some fraud or others wrong doing using that account. Please help me to remove the account. It breach personal data protection of me. Oh my god.
