WeChat — Making contact viral

Someone is using a we chat account with we chat id "parul51" and the user is sending messages from this account to various we hat user.the message contains my personal contact number asking them to call on the number.i dont even have a account on we chat.how can i know who is using this we chat account with we chat id "parul51"

Hi, I m jp. My we chat account has been closed last some saydays. when I entered my phone number and password it display account is closed. What I do for solve this problem?
