WeChat — poor service and poor on problem solving

I have forgotten my wechat wallet password, i tried to reset my password by retrieve my credit card info (That's the only way caused i have tried too many attempts on the password until the system blocked me). Unfortunately, my linked credit card has been hacked few months ago and replaced a new card by ocbc bank malaysia.

I have reported two times to informed wechat wallet centre regarding my problem and showed them the reports/letters from ocbc bank malaysia.

But... Their service is too bad!! They have no respond at all.

Super poor service from wechat service!!
(Or they dont understand english letters?)
