I am writing this letter to inform you that i am running a wechat account in your esteemed organization for more than 2 years.

Since the day when my iphone got disabled suddenly, i was failed to use my wechat account continuously for almost 5 months. And later i have downloaded wechat application to a new iphone and i tried to use the same account. But was failed to get back my wechat account.
When i tried to recover it by myself. Always i get a message saying that, “get a help of friend”. But when i tried to recover it with help of a friend. Then i always get a new message saying that ‘he’s not capable enough to help me out’. Or operation error. Myself in different ways, i have already tried to recover it more than 50 times. Even i have spent some good amount of money to recover it. But still i have failed to recover it.
Except your esteemed organization i couldn’t find anyone or i didn’t get any other clue, that how i can recover it or i could get back my wechat account. Also, except your esteemed organization i don’t think there is anyone who could help me to recover it.
Since i did add only one local friends (Maldivian) on my wechat. And he had already helped me out on this case, and failed to help me out.
So very humbly and kindly i am requesting you to help me to recover and get me back my wechat account.
I hope you will put my wechat account recovering processes to an effect as soon as possible. Please find a photocopy, of my national id card and passport attached with this request letter. Please kindly entertain this request. And help me to get back my wechat account as soon as possible.
