I cancelled my admission ( hybrid pdgm July 21 ) and paid 20k as per drish last deadline of July month to pay amount.
But I cancelled my admission due my personal reasons but the jaro and Welingkar Institute of Management don't want take responsibility of students refund amount. They are charging hug amount. 16k is changing amount.
And no would answer your call they all jaro and Welingkar Institute of Management do formalities to resolve queries which raise by students but in reality not resolved.
I just want my money back. I paid college fee from my pocket .
Request you to resolve refund issue as earlier

I applied for the 11 months Media and Entertainment program by paying INR 54000 as seat reservation amount. On 29th of May 2019, due to some change in my circumstances, I requested to cancel my admission and applied for a refund.
I have serious complaints against the admission team specifically, Miss Anjali who falsely made me deposit a sum of 54, 000 rupees as a seat reservation amount claiming it a necessary condition for the admission in the program, on April 30th 2019.

Later she contacted me to deposit my fee (3, 00, 000+ 4, 000) before 31st of May. I informed about my decision to cancel my admission, followed by a refund request even before the fees was due (as per Miss Anjali's given Information).

Now, according to Miss Anjali I am not eligible for a refund because I opted for installments, which I absolutely did not.
And according to Miss Zeba, I am not eligible for a refund because 21days since the payment of the fee has lapsed. But no one is taking responsibility of Miss Anjali's schematic lies, one of which was that the due date to pay fee is in the end of May and the fact that how can 21 days lapse before the deadline to pay the fee? (as repeatedly informed to me by admission team)

The amount I want refund for was never even mentioned as a "fee", Miss Anjali always called that amount as initial seat deposit amount.

Sir, not been able to get my refund is already causing me and my father a lot of mental stress
I acted as the admission team guided me and currently my number is blocked by the person handling my admission (Miss Anjali).
I am not being heard and it is forcing me to find legal ways of redressal.

Lastly, I beg you to understand that it's is just to pay me my refund.

Your response is hugely awaited.

P.S.- Documents, screenshots and recording of the things said in the application can be provided to prove my stand if needed.
Moreover, they took the money in April and they started their course in JUNE.

I gave 1 refrence kiran Chinchole. But they not mention my name in source of refrence. Alka knows that he is my refrence. Mistakes on that side but why they not give me refral amount. And the personal who not mention my name in source of refrence she did not pick my call not give any single reply of my massage.

Actually while filling the form i filled my last name but in my documents my last name is not mentioned but now i do not find any kind of assistance from them or there should be 24×7 portal for query solving

I never expect this kind of behaviour from welingkar executive. Need appropriate action against it or else I will write to higher authority for this kind of behavior.

I have given the cancellation request prior the deduction of amount from my account still they deducted and its been month no proper response from counsellor (Vishakha) on the same, already i have informed i am having emergence still irresponsible behaviour towards the consumer. Now please give my full amount back asap as you have taken lot of time.

I took admission on the basis of lies given and informed by employee faisal of jaro education aka welingkar institute.
This institute is fake and lame they fool student and give wrong and fake counseling until we take admission once.
I took admission after mr. Faisal saifo he gave me wrong details of admission faked to take me in and as soon as i took admission dere drama started and now it's been 4 week dey r just giving me days and postponing to return my money one more guy name iswar all of them are lame and cheaters.
Just to fulfill there admissions dey will go any end in ramification.

Hey this is regarding my online transcript i have asked welingkar institute mumbai. I tried to reach them from past 2-3days. Then after that they picked call and i asked them to provide online transcript to wes as per new rule made by wes on 1st dec 2018 that they will accept online transcript only if it's sent from university directly.
But their team connected to me on [protected] is saying we cant send transcript to wes. We can provide you. I asked them to cooperate and take courier charge from me but they just hanged call and didn't pick call.

They are literally harassing me on this.

The mba admissions team is such a rascal, specific a guy name (Viren arora) talk to candidate with abusive language forcing to take admission without any guidance and counseling. Force to make fee payment. Even if you not interested in taking admission still they will call you continue 2-3 days within every single minute. I just want to complete their admission target nothing else. No any guidance for placement only force to pay fees. Kindly take action on that viren arora. Throw that rascal from institute as well as out from maharashtra.

As i m the student of institute nothing else any thing during payment they made the request for help but now i m not getting any responce. Nor any getting support now i want to take my fee back which i have paid to the institute. Now i will not do any specialization course etc.

Hi,

on Sunday i received a call from Snigdha Sood (office number last 5 digits - 45320). She gave me information about courses and OFFERED me that one of the counselor can visit me and give me more information about the courses. I gave her my office address (first big mistake) .
After counselor meet I again got the call from her and when i said i am not opting for the same she was just an arrogant like anything. She was non professional and in turn she was trying to blame me saying I am non polite and non professional.
They are not caring for people they are just trying to complete their target.

After a cal i felt like I was talking to some local customer care or something. Not at all expected from institute like Welingkar.

Worst really worst.

I know no one care about this complaint but still would like to post so that people should be aware of the such things.

Most third class institute for distance learning, students from Pune or outside of Mumbai don't refer this program.
It's big loss of money.No faculty support, technical support available from them, there Monkey's in call center just entertain you without solutions.

I took admission for PGPM in telecom management, a joint program by Welingkars and MTNL. Month of FEB 2013 was their commitment for batches to commence. It's 22nd APRIL and batches haven't started yet. Almost 3 months since I've paid the fees (78000 RS). Money has been deducted from Our account. Ideally they shouldn't have deposited our cheque until batches start. If they have done, I want interest for the duration batches aren't starting or my full fees so I can join somewhere else.

I have taken the admission for distance PGDBA program saying this is equivalent to MBA program. But let me tell you this is not a MBA degree.... as well Welingkar distance program are not approved by AICTE. Let me tell you This certificate is not use full for anything....
No proper service while doing 2 years program... There is no value addition in my professional career after doing this course.....
