I hereby inform that I did payment of five Hundred rupees on wesco utility site (odisha discom:16/12/20) at yesterday night but in payment details section doesn't show the recent payment (payment mode: Debit card, gateway:icici bank) I contacted the customer service of wesco but I didn't get response from wesco customer service like as email, when I call, call is ended then what to do that means this site not safe for online payment.please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
