TOO HIGH BILL : 6831rs

I have received 2 months bill reading April and May as 6831rs.
I cant understand why the bill has increased this much, i used to pay around 1200rs/month, and now its 3500rs/month. Its 3 times more.
Do you think its feasible for a middle class man to pay 3 times more?

My consumer number is[protected]. My meter status is always r but your staff mention in bill meter status is n. That's why my bill amount is near about rs2900/. Pls correction it which i pay immediately rest amount.. I have already paid the bill. You give me the bill at a time six months which 823 units. My average billing unit is below100 units every months. So plz resolve my issue which i pay the rest amount....

new meter connection - not installed from last 2 months

I had applied for 2 new meter installation setup on 18.05.2018. At that point of time they told me they would not allow me 2 meter installation at the same time. But after the first meter installation they would work for the second one.

workers

Workers always talking and goofing off and and line of people back to the poo station happens way to much. Alot of young kids under 21 and no work effectively to paying customers. I ready to go across the road to speed way.
Very sad when you stand in line for 10 min or ao and watch works walk out from the back and just keeps walking and start to goof off with the work out in the store who also isnt helping with paying customers...
