our reliance tower site name Ainthapali consumer no[protected] .on sep 2012 mrt staff note the metere reading wrongly which is 20000 unit extra thatswhy 99341 rupees arrear coming present bill. We have apply for requesting to reduce the arrear amount.Wesco team visit the site and accept the mistake but still arrear amount not reduce from present bill.Noone respond to resolve our problem, I have give the letter to Ainthapali EE, SE mrt burla.Kindly help us in this matter
