Wesco, Sambalpur — low voltage and fluctuation

Dear sir/madam,
With due respect i need to inform you that i live in kuluthkani, sambalpur-768001. My account number is[protected]. We are facing a huge problem in our area during summer season due to voltage shprtfall and fluctuation. Most of the time, our voltage ranges in between 100-150 which is very low. And also voltage is fluctuating at about 100 times in 5 mins, which resulting in electronics instruments failure. Even we are unable to switch on water pump for water supply.

We have given complaint several times to our kalibadi wesco office, but no result found. Infact the staffs are giving various reasons so as to avoid solving the problem.

Sir, we are paying our electry bill every month. But not getting the minimum support from your end.
