Wesco, Sambalpur — online payment.

I have made a payment of rs. 741.0 for the month of july through internet banking yesterday evening. Internet banking is showing that payment is successful. And amount is also deducted from my account. But when i am checking odisha discom, there is showing non payment (Payment due). How is it possible??? Kindly sort out my issue as soon as possible. Therefore i will be very thankful to you. I have some screenshots of payment the bill.

Updated by Prasenjeet Sengupta And for this regard when I contact customer care of wesco there is no response and toll free number is not receiveable. And I also try to lodge online complaint to wesco website but there is no submission. Website is not working properly.

Updated by Prasenjeet Sengupta I paid online at 8:30 pm on the 25th to the Electricity Department WESCO but that payment has not yet been confirmed while the entire amount of ₹ 741 has been deducted from my account. what kind of hooliganism is this of WESCO, which is confusing to confirm my payment and why is it taking so long while i am paying. The money I have deducted from my account and the confirmation screenshot of the app I paid through, I am adding this to this supplement, please take action soon.
