[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Board — excess bill pay not deduced

Sir I have paid two part payment one of bill through EVM Machine and another of computer payment which is used through your staff at Lalbagh Murshidabad, My consumer Id is[protected] name Prasanta Kumar Nayek I have paid 105/- excess paid against Bill amount was 1895 and paid amount was 2000 receipt No 190807 dt 10 Aug 2014 and next payment receipt no[protected] dt 11 Aug 2014 Rs 3788/- and my next bill amount is 4933/- and shown the excess amount not reduced . All bills and payment receipt herewith attached with this complain Pl clarify the same and will be reduce next bill Thanks
