Request for refund of excess payment of Rs.4372/- in October,25 bill

My Customer ID:[protected]. While paying my October, 25 bill online thru my
SCB cr. card on 25/10/2025, i inadvertently paid the 3 quarter payment of
Rs. 4372/- to some other cust id by mistake. To update my bill payment, later I
paid Rs. 2961/- on 29/10/25 (2 qr).
I did put my complain to CRM cell on 3/11/25 in this regard and later again on

I had made a payment of Rs.771.00 via Google pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of June'24-Aug'24 against the consumer ID[[protected]] on 16th June 2024, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.

Payment successfully paid through Google pay but showing 'pending status in WBSEDCL.

I had paid the payment of my electric bill (Rs. 3205) by scanning QR code in the bill on 26.03.24.

It's been more than 48 hours, the payment is debited from my bank account but in Wbsedcl website payment status is showing pending. Therefore, I am unable to get payment receipt.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Abnormally high electricity unit and bill amount

Previously I gave a complain letter in the electricity office for high unit and bill amount and requested for meter checking but they installed a smart meter without my consent. this is showing even higher units and bill amount is unreasonable and abnormally high and they have cutoff my electricity supply...

Portal log in not working

Portal log in not working for me. Sent a mail to the customer care no update.
Not able to reach the phone number.

My consumer Id is[protected] when I log in using my id I get the following error.
No portal roles are assigned for this user.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Login Issue after new user registration

Hi,

I have registered as an user in WBSEDCL portal. Received an email I have successfully registered. But when I login I get this error message.

Error:
No portal roles are assigned for this user.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Refund my amount which is pending/failed

I paid my electricity bill through Vidyut sahayogi app through UPI payment on 5th sep, 2022.Money was deducted but the bill was pending.I contact to our electricity department but they told me that they do nothing for return my money because the bill was pending and not received to their end. so, please check & refund my money as soon as possible.

Wrong meter reading

I get my bill via online and sms. Because wbsedcl sent a sms at the time of meter reading no one present. So wbsedcl sent quarterly bill by estimate. According the bill, meter reading showing 3731.00 but actually meter showing 3631.00. There is 100 unit difference between actual meter reading and bill. This is in regards to the complaint made on your website with docket number 31472484. Received bill of rs 4, 886 this month towards advanced payment for jun-jul-aug which is absurd as the last bill of rs 2, 589 was paid in feb for mar-apr-may however no one is at home from 7th mar till date and the main switch is also off since then, therefore there's no way there is any consumption and no reason for getting this bill without any adjustment...
