This grievance is on behalf of Mr. Bibhor Kanti Debnath who has received an abnormally high bill from WBSEDCL for the months of August, September, and October which stands at around Rs 1, 597 for the three month period. Under normal circumstances, the bill amount doesn't exceed Rs. 76. Further, it is stated below the bill (the inflated one) that the meter might be damaged. I would like to know, what will WBSEDCL do in this regard so that the issue gets resolved and I am not charged with such a ridiculous bill amount.
