West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Bill Paid scanning QR code in the bill, Money Deducted But Bill not Paid

Dear Sir,
I have paid an electric bill by scanning the QR code printed on the bill on 04.02.2021 5:44 PM. Money was successfully deducted from my account but Bill is not paid. No transaction is present in the Website's successful payment as well as in pending history.
