My last commercial electricity bill was 365 rs.
I tried to pay it but my consumer I'd is blocked/suspended.
For this problem I contact the helpline no. 19121
to solve my issue.
The customer care executive didn't listen to my complaint at all.She told me very arrogantly to disconnect the call and go to the local office as she won't help me for billing issue.
I didn't expect this from an executive of a government office.
As a consumer of WBSEDCL I thought the executive will help me if she can but I didn't know that the 19121 helpline no. of WBSEDCL is for show.
