I am pradip ghosh (Con no:[protected] is writing to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the inhabitants of kalna gate, khan pukur, bank para ward no.6 are facing a lot of problems for single phase and also low voltages. Everyday the voltage goes down in the evening and continues till the morning. Mobile van comes and solve the single phase problem but when they go away low voltage problem started. Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions as early as possible, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.
