Dear sir,
Subject-regarding change of faulty meter no-g02383905, (Consumer no[protected], installation no-[protected]).
With reference to the captioned subject, i amrit raj (H/o archana shree) inform you that i have lodged a complaint to replace my faulty meter vide telephone against which docket no[protected] has been provided as a complaint no by the customer care executive (19121) but despite that no one from wbsedcl bothered to contact the customer, nor any technician visited to resolve the complaint but i was astonished to see the app showing that "complete" status on vidyut sahayogi app on 15/10/2019, this is the irony of wbsedcl.
Further i would like to state that once again my electrician checked wiring of my flat and concluded that the meter no g02383905 is faulty which has been installed about 3 months back. Green light of the meter is also not glowing, which indicates that meter is faulty and immidiately needs to be replaced
Hence in light of the above i again contacted customer care representative of wbsedcl and informed him about my mental agony. He again told today i. E on 18/10/2019 that technican will be sent against my new complaint no[protected]Docket no).
My apprehension is that when i asked when the technician will visit my flat, he didnt say the dates, nor he assured the days by when i should expect the visit of technician.
Above all the docket no 26602946 goes unattended, as of now, the feedback of the same has been given through wbsedcl mobile app i. E vidyut sahyogi. I am attaching the screen shots of my complaints for your ready reference.
Hence request you to intervene, so that my newly installed faulty meter as per the captioned subject gets replaced at the earliest, as i am in a state of constant worry and apprehension because of increasing units in my meter no - g02383905, even when not in use for the last 22 days.
Please take appropriate action, so that my faulty meter gets replaced by a proper working meter.
