Dear Sir, we are villagersof Raghunathchalk, Chati& Ranigang under Dist:Burdwan, substation:Baraboni Sir, when ever there is few drops of water of slightest of wind the power in our area goes for 4to5 hours & sometime even more, and this does not happens some time BUT EVERY TIME SINCE LAST 1YEAR. If called to local substation they gives lame excuse every time. sir we understand that in case of natural calamities there can be power breakdown but it is not possible to believe that it happens every time.We have informed to the Domani SS of the problem but not got any solution instead they say us to inform the issue to higher authority in rude manner. So we urge you to please look ito the matter & please provide us the address where we can also send our documented complain with our consumer id & signature for your kind consideration.
