Dear concern,

Suffering extreme power cut issue and maximum time it's happened for long time 3-4hours.

Already raised so many complaints through customer helpline number. But noting happened.

Along with this issues from last few months (After upgraded meter) facing huge power cut issue only in our particular phase.

Request to you kindly look into the matter on priority.
