I like to inform you, i am bithika halder, my address is paschimdaspara, baishakhi sarani, sonarpur, pin 700150, my customer id is[protected], and meter no. G1371666.
My meter was damaged since last one year i informed to our local electric supply office, ghasiara, sonarpur, kolkata vide my letter receiving no. 699 dated 24.05.2016. For replacing the damaged meter. After that i am follow-up the same in several time but they are doing nothing and informed me that we have no meter to replacing the same.in this period they are sending the average bill and i also paying the same accordingly in proper time. My average bill for this period furnished below.
1. Billing period march-2016 to may-2016 billing amount rs. 1038.00
2. Billing period june -2016 to aug.-2016 billing amount rs. 1957.00
3. Billing period sep.-2016 to nov-2016 billing amount rs. 1862.00
4. Billing period dec.-2016 to feb.-2017 billing amount rs. 1887.00
But now i get a message in my mobile no. [protected] that the last quarterly
Average bill amount rs. 15209/= (Fifteen thousand two hundred nine only) and
Due date 27.06.2017 which is very surprising and upsetting me thinking about
The possibility of the matter which is serve from your govt. Organization.
Therefore i am requesting you to consider the justification of the matter and
Issue me the actual amount bill, otherwise it will be difficult to pay such huge
Amount abnormal bill for our middle class family. Further again one time
Requesting you to replace my damaged meter as early as possible to avoid this
Type discrepancy.
