Hello, I have got a High electricity bill of three months(rs 2397) as compared to the previous three months(rs 925). We do not have any extra appliances other than light n fan. We had given written complaint in Newtown electricity board office. But they didn't even bothered to resolve our issue. Con no.[protected] my complain is my electricity bill paid for two time in a month for same amount one is cash and one is online for same month and my balance will be deduct same.but I'm not refund my balance 527 which was pay by online transaction .so plese help for refund my balance.
